Fees

The sessions are Counselling $145 for one hour and 15 mins for individuals, and Psychosexual therapy $175 for one hour and 15 minutes, Couples counselling is $210 for 1 hour and 50mins.

Please note that all fees are non-negotiable.

Individual therapy sessions last for one hour and ten minutes, and couples sessions extend to one hour and forty minutes. Please ensure to cancel at least 48 hours in advance if necessary. As a policy, payments are retained for cancellations made on the day of the session. Currently, I provide sessions exclusively online, but I also offer walk-and-talk therapy, which combines the benefits of traditional therapy with the opportunity for fresh air and physical activity.

If you're running late for any reason, please inform me, but remember that your session will conclude at the scheduled time. In my view, everyone requires counselling at some stage, so it would be unwise to delay consulting a counsellor.
