Terms and Conditions

1. My fee is $110 for 1 hour and 10 minutes, payable before the session begins via Internet banking, Beem It, or pay ID. The fee for couples is $190 for a 1-hour and 40-minute session.

2. All sessions are conducted online using platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or another similar service.

3. If you are unable to attend a session, please provide as much notice as possible; 48 hours is typically requested. Notify me via text or email. Failure to notify of a missed session will lead to the assumption that you no longer require counselling, and your slot will be offered to another client.

4. I maintain notes for my reference only, unless they are subpoenaed by a court, which has not occurred to date. I mention this for full transparency.

5. Should you feel uncomfortable discussing any topic, please inform me. You control the content of your session.

6. Recording sessions is strictly prohibited. If recording occurs, the session will be terminated immediately.
